饮食养生:高胆固醇患者的10大饮食禁忌

蛋黄、动物内脏(肝、肺、肾、胰、心等)、鱼籽、脑(猪脑、羊脑等)、虾籽、肥肉、蟹黄,等等,都是富含胆固醇高的食物,日常饮食中要尽量不吃,或是少吃控制食用量。
